تأسست شركة Computech Store عام 2006، وتلتزم بتوفير منتجات تكنولوجية أصلية وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة. وبإتمام طلب من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه.

الموقع مخصص للمستخدمين النهائيين والمشتريات الشخصية فقط. وتحتفظ شركة Computech بحقها في إلغاء أو تقييد الطلبات التي يبدو أنها مخصصة لإعادة البيع أو التوزيع أو للأغراض التجارية بالجملة.

2. توافر المنتجات والأسعار

نسعى دائمًا إلى التأكد من دقة جميع معلومات المنتجات والمواصفات والأسعار المعروضة على موقعنا الإلكتروني، إلا أنه قد تحدث بعض الأخطاء بشكل غير مقصود.

تحتفظ شركة Computech بالحق في:

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

Orders become confirmed only after verification by our team. Computech reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• Customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
• The order appears fraudulent or intended for resale.

3. تأكيد الطلبات

لا يُعتبر إرسال الطلب عبر الموقع موافقة نهائية على الطلب.

يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد مراجعته والتحقق منه من جانب فريقنا. وتحتفظ شركة Computech بحقها في إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات التالية:

• عدم توفر المنتج.
• تعذر التحقق من عملية الدفع.
• وجود بيانات ناقصة أو غير صحيحة للعميل.
• الاشتباه في أن الطلب احتيالي أو مخصص لإعادة البيع.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery is available to most governorates across Egypt.

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information and delivery details are accurate.

Upon receiving the order, the customer’s signature confirms that the products have been received in good condition.

4. سياسة التوصيل

تتوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى معظم محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

يتم توصيل الطلبات فقط إلى العنوان الذي يحدده العميل أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة بيانات الاتصال وعنوان التوصيل.

عند استلام الطلب، يُعد توقيع العميل تأكيدًا على استلام المنتجات بحالة جيدة.

5. Payment Methods

Computech offers multiple payment options, including:

• Cash on Delivery
• Bank Transfer
• InstaPay
• Mobile Wallet (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Etc.)

Cash on Delivery is available up to the maximum amount permitted by applicable regulations.

5. طرق الدفع

توفر شركة Computech عدة طرق للدفع، منها:

• الدفع عند الاستلام.
• التحويل البنكي.
• InstaPay.
• المحافظ الإلكترونية، مثل Vodafone Cash وEtisalat Cash وغيرها.

يتوفر الدفع عند الاستلام حتى الحد الأقصى المسموح به وفقًا للوائح والقوانين المعمول بها.

6. Payment Verification

For security purposes, Computech may request additional documentation to verify certain transactions, including proof of identity or payment ownership, particularly for high-value or international card transactions.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in order cancellation.

6. التحقق من عمليات الدفع

لأغراض أمنية، قد تطلب شركة Computech مستندات أو معلومات إضافية للتحقق من بعض عمليات الدفع، بما في ذلك إثبات الهوية أو إثبات ملكية وسيلة الدفع، وخاصة في المعاملات ذات القيمة المرتفعة أو معاملات البطاقات الدولية.

قد يؤدي عدم تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة إلى إلغاء الطلب.

7. Computers & Laptops

Every computer or laptop is delivered with its official warranty documentation and purchase invoice.

Customers wishing to upgrade or exchange their device within the applicable return period will be responsible for shipping costs and any price difference between products.

7. أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللاب توب

يتم تسليم جميع أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللاب توب مع مستندات الضمان الرسمية وفاتورة الشراء.

في حالة رغبة العميل في ترقية الجهاز أو استبداله بجهاز آخر خلال فترة السماح المقررة للاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن وأي فرق في السعر بين المنتجات.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Manufacturing Defects
Products with verified manufacturing defects may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Change of Mind
Customers may request a return or exchange within the legally permitted period provided that:

• The product has not been used.
• The original packaging remains intact.
• All accessories, manuals, gifts, and included items are returned.
• The product is in its original condition.

Shipping charges and applicable payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, activated, or used may not qualify for return or exchange unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect or as otherwise required by applicable law.

8. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

عيوب التصنيع
يمكن إصلاح المنتجات التي يثبت وجود عيب تصنيع بها أو استبدالها أو رد قيمتها، وذلك وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري وشروط ضمان الشركة المصنعة المعمول بها.

الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال المدة المسموح بها قانونًا، بشرط:

• ألا يكون المنتج قد تم استخدامه.
• أن تكون العبوة الأصلية بحالتها الأصلية.
• إعادة جميع الملحقات والكتيبات والهدايا وجميع المكونات المرفقة بالمنتج.
• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.

يجوز خصم تكاليف الشحن وأي رسوم مرتبطة بمعالجة عملية الدفع، وذلك في الحالات التي يسمح بها القانون.

المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها
قد لا تكون المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو تفعيلها أو استخدامها مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا ثبت وجود عيب تصنيع بها أو وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون المعمول به.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider or issuing bank and may vary.

9. المبالغ المستردة

تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية كلما كان ذلك ممكنًا.

وتعتمد مدة تنفيذ عملية استرداد المبلغ على مزود خدمة الدفع أو البنك المصدر، وقد تختلف من حالة إلى أخرى.

10. Promotional Codes

Discount codes and vouchers:

• Are valid only during their stated validity period.
• May be limited to one use per customer.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
• May not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

10. أكواد الخصم والعروض الترويجية

تخضع أكواد الخصم والقسائم للشروط التالية:

• تكون صالحة فقط خلال فترة الصلاحية المحددة لها.
• قد تكون محدودة باستخدام واحد لكل عميل.
• لا يمكن استبدالها بقيمتها نقدًا.
• لا يمكن تطبيقها بأثر رجعي على الطلبات التي تم تنفيذها بالفعل.
• لا يمكن الجمع بينها وبين عروض ترويجية أخرى، إلا إذا تم النص على ذلك صراحة.

11. Warranty

Warranty periods begin from the invoice date.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper installation
• Physical or liquid damage
• Commercial use where the product is intended for personal use

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and applicable Egyptian laws.

11. الضمان

تبدأ مدة الضمان من تاريخ إصدار الفاتورة.

لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن:

• سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال.
• الإصلاحات أو التعديلات غير المصرح بها.
• التركيب بطريقة غير صحيحة.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن السوائل أو الأضرار المادية.
• الاستخدام التجاري في الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج مخصصًا للاستخدام الشخصي.

تخضع تغطية الضمان لشروط وأحكام الشركة المصنعة والقوانين المصرية المعمول بها.

12. Privacy & Fraud Prevention

Computech reserves the right to verify customer information and refuse or cancel suspicious transactions to protect customers and prevent fraud.

تحتفظ شركة Computech بحقها في التحقق من بيانات العملاء ورفض أو إلغاء المعاملات المشبوهة، وذلك لحماية العملاء ومنع عمليات الاحتيال.
