The customer’s national number must be obtained in case of registering a purchase order with a value greater than fifty thousand pounds, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Value Added Law No. 67 of 2016, and in accordance with Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of the Value Added Law No. 67 of 2016, and in accordance with Article 2 of the Ministry’s decision Finance No. 623 of 2018, and Computech has the right to cancel the purchase order in the event the customer refuses to send his national number.
Computers and Laptops Purchase Policy:-

In the event that the customer wishes to replace the device (computer, laptop) with a higher capacity or to return it, the customer shall bear the value of the shipping costs, in accordance with Article 40, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Law. In addition to the value of the price difference between the two devices in case of replacement, within a maximum period of 14 days only from the date of receipt.

1- Cash on Delivery:
The customer pays the value of the invoice to the delivery representative upon receiving the product, with a maximum amount of fifty thousand pounds, and in the event that the customer wishes to register a purchase order with a value greater than that, he can choose another payment method.
2- Payment by VISA & Master Card upon receipt (MPOS):
The customer can register the purchase order and choose this method to pay the invoice value. In this case, the representative will have an MPOS machine to complete the payment process when the customer receives the product, and in case the payment is completed successfully, the representative will deliver the product to the customer. In the event that the customer wishes to return the product and cancel the purchase order, the process of refunding the amount to the customer takes a period of one working week from the date of product withdrawal.
3- Electronic payment through VISA & Master Cards:
The customer pays the invoice value by VISA / Master card online while registering the order on our website, and in some cases the customer does not complete all the online payment steps on our website correctly, and despite that, the amount is deducted from the customer’s account and in this case the customer returns to own bank to know the date of refunding the amount, without any responsibility on the company.
Delivery instructions in case of purchase with a visa:-

Product return policy:
The customer has the right to replace or return the product purchased from the website within 30 days from the date of purchase only in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, according to the Consumer Protection Law. According to the text of Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request a replacement or refund of the value of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, if the device does not have a manufacturing defect, but provided that it is in the condition that the commodity was in when contracting (i.e., it has not been opened or use).
In this case, the product is replaced with a refund of the price difference between the models, if any, or the product is returned and its value is refunded after deducting shipping costs, in accordance with Article 40, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer in the same method of payment, and the consumer bears the shipping expenses and return the product).
In addition, in the case of online payment via VISA / Master, Vodafone Cash or Etisalat Cash, an administrative fee of (2.2%) of the value of the device will be deducted, or an administrative fee of (2.25%) of the value of the device will be deducted in case of payment through Fawry services, or deduction of administrative expenses in the amount of (1.45% + 1 EGP) from the value of the device in case of payment through MPOS machines while receiving the product.
In the event that the customer opens the device carton:
According to the text of Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer is not entitled to replace or retrieve the device if the device box is opened or the device is used as is evident in the following cases:
A- If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or packaged, prevents or changes it from being replaced or returned, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of the contract.
b- If it is not in the same condition it was in at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.
As an exception to the text of this article, the product shall be replaced with a refund of the price difference between the models, if any, or the device shall be returned to the customer and its value shall be refunded, but after deducting (5%) packaging from the total value of the device.
In addition to deducting shipping costs in accordance with Article (40) paragraphs (1 and 2) of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer in the same method of payment, and the consumer shall bear the costs of shipping and returning the product).
