Description
The MSI A520M-A PRO is a Micro-ATX motherboard built around the AMD A520 chipset and AM4 socket. It supports AMD Ryzen 5000 Series, 5000 G-Series, 4000 G-Series, 3000 Series, and 3000 G-Series processors, making it a practical platform for mainstream desktop and gaming systems.
The motherboard features two DDR4 DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of system memory. DDR4 speeds reach up to 4600MHz through A-XMP overclocking, while dual-channel memory architecture helps improve overall memory performance and responsiveness.
For graphics and expansion, the A520M-A PRO provides one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot for a dedicated graphics card and one PCIe 3.0 x1 slot for additional expansion cards.
Storage options include one M.2 Key M slot supporting PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe SSDs and SATA 6Gb/s devices, along with four SATA 6Gb/s ports. RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 10 are supported for SATA storage.
